Welcome to Orchard Valley Baptist Church! We realize the word
“church” may not spark a lot of excitement for some people. Here at
OVBC we’re far from perfect but have come a long way in making
church real, relevant, and relational. If you’re not perfect, this
just may be the church for you!
Everything we do at OVBC is centered on the life-changing love of
Jesus Christ. Believing in Christ, Belonging to his family, and
Becoming more like him is our passion and our desire for every
person who walks through our doors. We desire to be known as a place
where people encounter and are changed by the awesome God of the
Bible, grow wiser and healthier in character and community, and
influence people around the corner and around the world.
Orchard Valley Baptist Church has been ministering to the people of
Aurora and the surrounding communities since the early 1960's .
The church was originally known as Zion Baptist Church but was
merged with Marion Avenue Baptist to become what is now known as
OVBC.
Through the many ministries offered here at OVBC we have something
for everyone. These include:
